Tight and stiff bodies will not move or lift well, nor will they work efficiently. In order to improve your body's mobility and efficiency to lift while preventing injury, your training should include regular stretches.
In this book you will find stretches for your entire body. Each page depicts and describes a stretch for a particular part of the body. As your body is meant to move together, though certain stretches are meant to isolate a particular muscle group, you may feel the stretch in multiple areas of your body depending on how tight or flexible you are.
Use this book to assist you in finding stretches appropriate for your needs.
Hold the stretches for time, or flow through them for sets and reps.
