Food is too big of a part of our lives for it to feel stressful. Yes food is nourishment, but we also use it to express ourselves, celebrate, and even mourn. It's time to unlearn what diet culture has taught you. Your diet doesn't start on Monday. You can eat carbs. You don't have to run a mile so that you can earn your dessert, or dinner for that matter. You don't have to skip breakfast tomorrow because you "fell off the wagon" tonight. There's actually not even a wagon to fall off of. You don't have to slash calories to bounce back from pregnancy. Pregnant, postpartum, or anything in between, there's actually no bouncing at all. Simply learning how to live a healthy, happy life without

depriving yourself of the things and foods you enjoy.

In our 45 minute nutrition coaching sessions you will learn how to form better habits, form a healthy relationship with food, and be educated on how to make the best decisions possible around food whether you're at home, at work, out socializing, or feeling emotionally driven. Whatever your goals are around food, in whatever meeting frequency makes sense for you, I'm here to help you navigate in a realistic manner.

 

Sessions vary from $95-$120/session dependent upon session frequency. Applicable taxes are applied at checkout.

I do not currently accept insurance. When this changes I will be sure to let you know!

But first, let's determine what frequency might work best! Schedule a 30 minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit for one another! A $30 payment will be collected to hold your spot. Once you register for counseling, you will receive a $30 credit towards your first billing cycle. I can't wait to get to know you!
