All programs run as a monthly subscription set up on autopay when paying month to month. 
There are no refunds once a product has begun and a 30 day's notice is required for terminating services. A terms of service agreement/contract will be signed and submitted upon registration.

You're looking for a progressive strength training program that will take the guess work out of your workouts. You want your warm-ups included, and details on sets, reps, and how to progress.

 

Begin each session with a 7-10min cardio of choice to get the blood pumping, then follow a progressive strength training program that can be repeated annually while you continue to go strength and muscle.

 

4 days per week | 45-60min per workout

 

Requirements: Either a gym membership, or access to free weights, barbells, and cables at a minimum

Custom Bodies

Consult with Jessie and follow-up monthly to receive regular program updates that are tailored to your needs.

Custom training is reserved and ideal for those who are training for specific events such as running races, swimming races, cycling races, weight lifting, body building, or events along these lines. Custom programs may also be built for those who are pregnant or postpartum as a traditional training plan may not be best in this specific season of life with the various adaptations that will be required of the body. 

You will complete an application prior to registering to assure that a custom plan is a best fit for your needs. You will have an initial (included) 30min consultation so Jessie can gather information to design your custom plan. If you are not approved for a custom plan you will be referred to one of the aforementioned training templates that Jessie thinks may best suit your needs.

All consultations are 30 minutes. There is a $30 fee upon scheduling your appointment that will be credited back to you in your first billing cycle. This fee helps hold your spot, and hold you accountable for making your appointment time. Appointments may be rescheduled up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
