I'm Jessie! Thanks for being here.

As a dancer, dance educator, weight lifter, swimmer,

runner, yogi, and MOM, I know how:

1. Impossible it can feel to find the time to eat well and move your body intentionally.



2: Difficult it can be to turn a blind eye to diet culture and have a healthy relationship with food and movement. I'm here to help you get to the bottom of healing both of those areas of your life.


Food is too big of a part of our lives for it to feel stressful. I'm here to help you learn how to live a healthy, and importantly happy, life without depriving yourself of the things and foods you enjoy. 



No matter how much time you have to dedicate to your physical fitness each week, your time is precious. Each exercise template I offer was designed with your precious time and goals in mind.

Consultations are $30. That $30 will be credited toward the first billing cycle of your program of choice.
